These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationships between MYCODESIGN, a micro-enterprise registered under the number 929 572 832 00012 with its registered office located at 123 CHE Eugène Grec, 06790 Aspremont, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any individual or entity wishing to make a purchase via the MYCODESIGN website, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."
These conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. By confirming your order, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). We reserve the right to modify them at any time, with the conditions in effect being those at the time of the order.

At Mycodesign, we offer a range of eco-friendly products and services, primarily made from mycelium, a natural, sustainable, and biodegradable material. Our products include:
PRICE
The prices of our products are displayed in euros and include all taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated separately and indicated before order confirmation. For custom products, such as engraved artwork or lamps, a tailored quote can be provided based on the complexity and specifications requested.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the rates in effect at the time of the order are guaranteed for that order. Secure payment options are available, and the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Each item is unique due to handcrafted production, and slight variations from the images shown may occur.
Mycelium products are designed for indoor use and should be placed in a dry environment to prevent any deterioration.

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, graphics) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the Seller.
PERSONAL DATA
The information collected from the Client during the order process is necessary for the processing and shipping of orders. It is strictly confidential and will only be used within the scope of the commercial relationship with the Seller. The Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The displayed prices include all taxes (VAT) but exclude shipping costs, which are indicated before order confirmation. Once your cart is complete, confirm your order by following the provided process. You will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Payment is made online via secure methods (credit card, etc.). The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a 14-day period after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and at your expense. We will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
If a product is defective or not compliant, you have 14 days to contact us. We will then proceed with an exchange or refund according to your choice. Return shipping costs will be covered if the product is defective.
Certain products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be refunded. This includes custom-made products.
WARRANTY
LIABILITY
Products sold on the site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects. In case of a defect in the product, the Client has a period of 2 years from the date of purchase to assert their rights.
The Seller is not responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. In the event of a dispute, the Seller's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order.
DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we are committed to seeking an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If no solution can be found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nice, in accordance with current legislation.
